Overview

These highly flexible portable nail plate presses are ideal for rectification work on building sites, and pressing plates off the main production line.
The hydraulic pack runs from a standard 240V AC outlet and can be operated by one person.

5 Tonne press	• 90 x 90mm pressing platens. Larger plates can be pressed in several bites. • Plate magnets for top and bottom platens. • Hand-held C-frame assembly weighs – 11.3kg. • 140mm maximum horizontal reach for pressing. • Standard 6 metre hose with quick connect fitting and control pendant length. Other hose lengths up to 15 metres available. • One person operation.
10 Tonne press	• 10 tonne pressing force. • 100 x 100mm pressing platens. Larger plates can be pressed in several bites. • Plate magnets for top and bottom platens. • Hand-held C-frame assembly weighs – 26kg. • 202mm maximum horizontal reach for pressing. • Standard 6 metre hose with quick connect fitting and control pendant length. Other hose lengths up to 15 metres available.
